Black Pepper Soy Sauce CHICKEN

Black Pepper Soy Sauce CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS:


1/2 domestic chicken, cut into 6, wash thoroughly


2 tbsp lime juice


1/4 tsp salt


1 tbsp garlic powder


1 tsp black pepper powder


Right amount of oil


SPICE:


3 tbsp margarine


1 onion, thinly sliced


4 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped


5 tbsp sweet soy sauce


1 tbsp lime juice


1 tsp sugar


2 tsp black peppercorns, coarsely ground


Salt to taste


HOW TO MAKE BLACK PEPPER SOY CHICKEN:


1. Coat the chicken with lime juice, salt, garlic powder and black pepper, mix well.


2. Let stand for 10 minutes. Fry in hot oil and plenty of it until cooked, remove and drain


3. Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken, soy sauce,

    lime juice, sugar and salt, mix well. Add black pepper,

    Cook over low heat until the spices are absorbed.


4. Lift and serve warm
